The wedding will be held on a rooftop outdoors and the dress code for the wedding ceremony & reception is black tie. Suit or tux for him. Floor-length dress, tea-length dress, or formal jumpsuit for her.
The Friday night Welcome Dinner dress code is dressy casual. Think nice pants with a button down shirt for him & summer dress or smart pantsuit for her.

The Welcome Dinner on Friday, June 23rd begins promptly at 6:30pm CST.
The Wedding Ceremony on Saturday, June 24th begins at 5:00pm. Doors for the ceremony will open at 4:30pm CST. Please be seated by 5:00pm.
The Welcome Dinner: Self-parking will be available.
The Loews Hotel: Self-parking and valet parking are both available.
The Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Self-parking in the parking garage across the street at 1827 Walnut Street Parking, Kansas City, MO 64108. To park in the garage for free, when you arrive at the parking garage - enter code 345# in the ticket dispenser. Enter that same code again when you're ready leave and drive through the garage exit.
We are incredibly grateful for all of our guests. For those who have requested the ability to give a gift via a registry; we appreciate your thoughtfulness and have linked our registry below.
Although we adore your kiddos, due to the limitations of our chosen venue we are unable to extend the invitation to children.
We wanted to keep things as worry free and fun as possible so we've selected The Loews Hotel Kansas City as our official accommodation for our wedding week.
The Loews Hotel is one of Kansas City's newest gems with guest amenities that include a top of the line saltwater pool, spa, gym, and multiple restaurants.
It also happens to be conveniently nestled in downtown Kansas City which makes it just 5 minutes away from our wedding venue and 5 minutes away from our welcome dinner venue! What can we say, we're New Yorkers and we like short commutes.
We will be staying at the Loews the entire week of the wedding.
Whether you've come from abroad and staying for the weekend or you live locally but prefer not to drive back and forth after all the cocktails and dancing - we've secured a select number of rooms for you at a special discounted rate so that you can kick back and relax at The Loews Hotel Kansas City too!
There are a limited number of rooms available at our discounted rate and they will go on a first come first serve basis. All discounted rates will be unavailable after May 15th.

For a stress free morning the day of the wedding, we ask that all members of the bridal party stay at the Loews Hotel the night before the wedding.
Due to the unique layout of the venue, we are limited in the number of guests we are permitted to host.
If your invitation has your name and the specific name of your guest on it or your online RSVP has +1 listed beside it, then yes, you may bring a guest.
For your convenience, invited couples and families are grouped together on our online guest list so that when you RSVP each invited member of your group may RSVP individually or a singular member of the group can respond for the entire party.
Under the RSVP tab just look for the individual names of each invited guest in your party and respond accordingly.
Please RSVP to both events no later than April 1, 2023.

Please be sure to RSVP for all events and answer the question regarding your entrée selection on the RSVP page.
